reformer pilates
Pilates does a surprising amount of good for the body. It strengthens, improves posture and brings relief to your back. It can be gentle movement, or a workout that introduces you to muscles you had no idea existed.

BABA cannot be summed up in a few words. The best of it happens somewhere between the lines. Between “engage” and “release”, in glances caught in passing and long evening gatherings among other BABAs.
We started BABA from the body — from understanding how it moves, the rhythm it keeps, and its need for complete stillness. We knew that these two worlds are not opposites. They need each other.
That is how BABA came to be. Not just a pilates studio, but a place where movement meets ease, focus meets conversation, and shamelessly good cake is washed down with a healthy smoothie. Nothing here is forced, and good conversation takes care of itself.

It warms you up, helps your muscles recover and lets you do absolutely nothing for a good quarter of an hour. Come in after training, or for no reason at all. For your health, your mood and pure pleasure.
Freshly roasted coffee, something sweet, something salty and a table you can linger at. Grab something before training, or sit down afterwards with your BABA and forget for a moment what you were supposed to do next.
Adult life gives us fewer and fewer chances to meet new people. So we want to create a few more – to learn, to try new things and to have conversations that open your head.
